How to Add and Launch the App
Open Telegram Messenger (on desktop or mobile).
In the search bar, type @tcalendar_bot and select the bot.
Tap Start (or Restart) to launch the bot.
The bot will introduce itself and prompt you to connect your calendar or start creating events.
How to Create Calendar Events
There are multiple easy ways to create events:
Option 1: Just Type It
Send a natural message like Lunch with Sarah on Friday at 1pm or Team call next Tuesday at 10am for 45 minutes.
The bot will recognize your intent and create a clean, structured event.
Option 2: Forward a Message
Forward any message from another chat (e.g. meeting info or voice note).
The bot will extract the date/time and convert it into an event for you to confirm and share.
Option 3: Use Quick Actions
Tap buttons like “Create Event”, “Book a Slot”, or “Share My Availability” when offered by the bot.
The bot will walk you through selecting time, title, and other options.
Optional: You can also integrate your Google Calendar to sync events across platforms.

How to Remove or Delete the Bot
If you no longer wish to use Telegram Calendar:
Open your conversation with @tcalendar_bot.
Tap the bot name at the top to open the profile.
Tap ⋯ (three dots) or “More”, then choose Stop Bot or Delete Chat.
This will remove the bot from your Telegram interface and stop all communication.

Adding the App
The tCalendar is available only in Telegram. To start using it, follow these steps:
Open Telegram on your phone or desktop.
Use the search bar and search for Telegram Calendar (tCalendar) or @tcalendar_bot.
Open the app from the search results.
Tap Start to launch the mini app.
The calendar mini app will open and be ready to use.
Once opened, the app will appear in your chat list so you can easily access it later.

You can also open the app using a link that was shared with you in Telegram or by visiting:
If the app does not connect or fails to open, please try the following:
Check your internet connection and make sure you are online.
Restart the Mini App.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team via the Telegram support chat.
Usage
How to Connect Zoom in tCalendar
Open the Video Call Settings section in tCalendar.
Click the Connect button next to the Zoom Meetings feature.
You will be redirected to the Zoom Marketplace authorization page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Zoom authorization.
Once connected, Zoom meetings can be added to your events directly from tCalendar.
How to Add a Zoom Meeting Link in an Event
To add a Zoom meeting link to an event in tCalendar:
Create a new event in tCalendar.
Check the option Add Zoom link.
Tap Create Event.
After the event is created, the Zoom meeting link will appear in the Location field of the event.
How to Join an Event from tCalendar in Zoom
To join a Zoom meeting from an event in tCalendar:
Open the event and go to the Location section, or click the Zoom link from the event reminder.
Follow the standard Zoom process to join the meeting.
Stop Using the App
How to Stop Using the App in Telegram
If you no longer want to use tCalendar, you can stop using it at any time:
Open Telegram.
Find the chat where you use the tCalendar.
Close the mini app and remove the chat from your list.
After removing the chat, tCalendar will no longer be available in your Telegram account.
How to Disconnect Zoom in tCalendar
If you want to disconnect your Zoom account from tCalendar:
Open the Video Call Settings section in tCalendar.
Click the Disconnect button next to the Zoom Meetings feature.
Confirm the action when prompted.
What happens after disconnecting:
The app will no longer have access to your Zoom account.
The Add Zoom link option will be unavailable when creating new events.
Any previously created Zoom links in existing events will remain, but new links cannot be generated.
You can reconnect your Zoom account at any time to restore the ability to add Zoom links to new events.
How to Remove the App from Zoom
To remove tCalendar from Zoom:
Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage in the top right corner.
Select Installed Apps.
Find tCalendar and click Remove.
Confirm the action.
After removing the app:
The app will no longer have access to your Zoom account.
Zoom-related features in the app will stop working.
No new Zoom events or updates will be added or synced in the app.
If you reconnect the app in the future, you will need to grant access to your Zoom account again.
